WOYWW 178 and Book Bound without Thread!

It's that snooping time of the week. If you want to know what it's all about go check out the details at Julia's blog the Stamping Ground.
This is the front of the book that I made at a Craft Barn class with the talented Neil Walker last Sunday. The book has a base colour of yellow and I've blended Peacock Feathers into each paper then incorporated at least one other colour into each, with different stamping on each spread. Now I had intended to completely embellishing it before blogging it but someone mentioned Christmas, I'm not saying who and I decided that I ought to put this to one side and start to make some Christmas cards. It's the thought that counts....right ;-)
Here's the spine I love the finish.
Did I mention what I clever man Neil is?

and one of the inner pages.
The image was printed out onto Transfer Artist Paper which is a great product to try.
The image that I've used was from a play session, around at the lovely Francesca's house.

Great book! Christmas cards? - way too early for that yet!! I leave them 'til the middle of December then end up sitting up half the night (with the matchsticks!)
