This year for my first time, I'm taking part in the Art journaling Calendar Challenge 2014.
That Kate Crane is hosting look here for the details.
Second photo hopefully will show the mica shimmer a little better - that's if I've got the photos in the right order!
As this is currently on my work desk I'm also going to share it with the WOYWW if you want to have a snoop around the world to see what other people have on their desks pop over to Julia's blog at the Stamping ground to see what's all about.
I'll have to update the link later this as the new post isn't there yet for today.

I stopped by from WOYWW as well as Kate's place. So glad to see you are also joining this madness. This is my 4th year, and, although I can't seem to find the right substrate, I like that small area to leave my thoughts each day. I bet you will, too, because your first spread is AWESOME.

Loving the first sparkly pages of your Art Journal. I can’t help thinking though, that Wind and Rain might have been a more accurate interpretation of January so far rather than snow and a snowman.
